Precision built to break therapeutic barriers

We develop antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) with pan-cancer potential and a unique ability to disrupt the tumor stroma, designed to treat pancreatic cancer and other hard-to-treat solid tumors.

Why PanTarg

  • Unique ADC target: enables precise and selective tumor cell killing.
  • Pan-cancer potential: offers broad applicability across multiple tumor types.
  • Dual targeting: attacks both cancer cells and the tumor-supporting stroma for enhanced efficacy.
  • Bystander effect: eliminates neighboring cancer cells to overcome tumor heterogeneity.

PanTarg is a Danish biotechnology company founded in 2024 by Lars H. Engelholm and Virginia Metrangolo, located at the Bioinnovation Institute in Copenhagen as part of the Venture Lab Programme. The company builds on extensive research into pancreatic cancer and the development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).

We are advancing a new generation of ADCs with broad pan-cancer potential. Our lead program focuses on pancreatic cancer, one of the most challenging and underserved cancer types. By combining targeted delivery to cancer cells with a unique strategy to dismantle the tumor-supporting stroma, we aim to make tumors more vulnerable to treatment and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
